Deposit is $150.00, IT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU AFTER CONDO INSPECTION: NO DAMAGE MADE TO THE APARTMENT,  FURNITURE OR APPLIANCES, NO MISSING  ITEMS, LEFT IN CLEAN CONDITION.
